Our client has an immediate need for Vietnamese/English Interpreters for a long-term position! This is a work from home opportunity offering a great work/life balance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling telephone or video calls on demand
• Rendering meanings between Vietnamese and English, following the tone, clarity and style from one language to another
• Providing strict renditions of the messages and every detail of the conversation
• Provide strong customer service and communication through phone and video
• Understands interpreting protocol and terminology in various fields
• Remains calm during calls in the event that a primary speaker is upset, especially in emergency situations
