Kelly Services has an immediate need for an outstanding Receptionist/Office Assistant to support our client in Downtown Toronto!
Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting Clients on the phone and in person
  • Responds to all client and employee requests in a courteous and timely manner
  • Answer group emails and distribute as required
  • Order office supplies
  • Coordinate in-office catering as required
  • Maintain the appearance of the front office
  • Additional Administrative Support to the office as a whole as required.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 1+ years of proven success as a Receptionist/Office Assistant
  • An outgoing personality and a passion for their job
  • Advanced MS Office and the ability to pick up new computer systems are a requirement in this position.
