We're currently seeking a Reception / Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity in downtown Halifax. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role will act as the first point of contact while providing comprehensive administrative support. Our client is seeking polished and highly professional individual with a pleasant manner to join their team in this critical role.

Key responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct all visitors
  • Receive and transfer phone calls
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
  • General housekeeping and office maintenance
  • Arrange boardroom meetings and catering
  • Print and verify client invoices
  • Prepare deposits and remittances
