Responsibilities:
- Manage phones, relay messages, and transfer calls
- Be the first point of contact including greeting walk in clients
- Typing correspondence
- Sort and distribute mail
- Invoicing/billing
- General office and clerical administration (filing, supply maintenance, etc.)
Strong technical skills with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel will help you in being successful in this role
Must have a polished, professional appearance
