Our client in the mining industry is seeking a Receptionist/Office Manager to support the front desk with day-to-day office support. Responsibilities:

  • Greet staff, clients, and guests as they arrive
  • Answering phone calls and transferring it to the appropriate person
  • Implement process and procedures
  • Travel arrangements for the executive team
  • Event & Meeting Coordination
  • Order supplies and equipment when required
  • Calendar managing
  • Sort and distribute incoming courier
  • Other duties as required
