A financial services company and its subsidiary in a downtown Halifax office currently have an opening for an Office Administrator. The successful applicant for this role will assist with daily office operations. Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Tracking internal procedures and processes for financial services projects;
  • Handing correspondence;
  • Reception duties, including greeting office guests;
  • Sorting and distributing daily mail;
  • Coordinating mailouts, as required;
  • Receiving and distributing faxes and courier deliveries;
  • Handling office supplies orders;
  • Kitchen cleanup and organization;
  • Back up Executive Assistant duties;
  • Filing and other general administrative duties as required.
