We are seeking a high energy, experienced, professional Office Administrator
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support by:
  • Assisting with daily functions and managing projects administratively
  • Managing sensitive and important interactions between senior executives and key customers
  • Preparing reports, analyzing data and editing documents of a confidential nature, under tight deadlines
  • Establishing schedules and managing multiple calendars

We are searching for a candidate who possesses:
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Notable proofreading and typing skills
