Kelly Services has a Customer located in Oakville who is looking for a General Administration Coordinator to join their organization and be responsible for the general administration including receptionist duties, office management, website administration, and acts as the first point for the organization.
RESPONSBILITIES:
Reception:
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
