Talentcor Markham is currently recruiting for an Event Coordinator/Executive Assistant. This is a permanent opportunity with excellent benefits located north of Toronto.
Accountabilities:
  • Organize and coordinate corporate events, conferences, meetings, charitable events etc.
  • Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements, conference management and expense report management
  • Prepares written communications on behalf of the teams as required
  • Participate in special projects as requested
  • Additional projects as they occur

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years Executive Administrative experience
  • 1-2 years Event Planning experience
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
