This role is pivotal to the success of our Customer Service Department. Specific duties and responsibilities highlighted below cover the majority of duties but these are subject to changes and additions based on company direction and business needs. The Customer Service Representative will be expected to adapt to changing circumstances and therefore the outline of duties may change from time to time. The CSR must have a strong appreciation for customer needs.
