Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for their department personnel. Will manage the calendar and priorities for senior leaders, administer all correspondence, travel arrangements and expense processing, plan and organize meetings and teleconferences, including preparation of the agendas, tracking, and follow up actions. Complete monthly employee expenses and time entry into SAP. Order office supplies and other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum high school graduate with some post secondary business/accounting courses perferred
  • Superior computer skills including experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
